Anahata・4th chakra・heart

Anahata is related to universal love, compassion, and gratitude. Such unconditional love is directed both inward and outward, free from attachments and any other kind of restrictions.

Visuddha controls your self-expression and honest communication with others. The thoughts you release into the world bounce on every animate and inanimate surface.
