To get the most out of your first acupuncture experience, I suggest beginning with the Balance Bundle - a thoughtfully curated package of three sessions, now available at a special rate of $340 (regularly $400), saving you 15%.

What to Expect During Your Balance Bundle
​
1. Online Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment
Your first appointment includes in two sections: a consultation (30-45 minutes) - which is going to take place online, in the comfort of your chosen space - that will focus on a thorough review of your health history and primary concerns, followed by your first personalized acupuncture treatment (60 minutes), along with tailored self-care post-treatment recommendations.

2. Acupuncture Treatment - Return Visit (60 minutes)
Now that you're more familiar with the process, this visit focuses entirely on your treatment. We will have a brief check in, take time to address any new questions or concerns, and then jump right into our treatment, as we continue building your care plan.

3. Follow-Up Consultation & Treatment (60 minutes)
In your third session, we’ll assess your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and share guidance on continuing care to support your long-term wellness.

Cancellation Policy
​
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to offer that time to someone else in need of care. Appointments missed without sufficient notice will be charged in full. Payment for missed sessions may be completed via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
