What to Expect During Your Balance Bundle

​

1. Online Initial Consultation & Acupuncture Treatment
Your first appointment includes in two sections: a consultation (45-60 minutes) - which is going to take place online, in the comfort of your chosen space - that will focus on a thorough review of your health history and primary concerns, followed by your first personalized acupuncture treatment (50 minutes), along with tailored wellness post-treatment recommendations.

2. Acupuncture Treatment - Return Visit (60 minutes)

Now that you're more familiar with the process, this visit focuses entirely on your treatment. We will have a brief check in, take time to address any new questions or concerns, and then jump right into our treatment, as we continue building your care plan.

3. Follow-Up Consultation & Treatment (60 minutes)
In your third session, we’ll assess your progress, adjust your treatment plan as needed, and share guidance on continuing care to support your long-term wellness.
